Parking Update
Bolles has requested that we prioritize parking in the paved parking lots on campus and avoid using the upper practice field.
Once the on-campus paved lots reach capacity, vehicles will be directed to park along San Jose Boulevard.
To help reduce congestion, family and tailgate drop-off is encouraged whenever possible.
If you park along San Jose Boulevard, please use extra caution when walking to and from the facility and obey all traffic laws.
Volunteer Information
Thank you to everyone who has volunteered to help make Champs a success.
Please remember:
- Arrive on time for your volunteer check-in and pre-session meeting.
- Volunteer meetings will be held at the following locations:
- Starters – Meet with Peter Baci in the Dry Room.
- Timers & Head Timers – Meet with Peter Baci in the Dry Room.
- HMOs, Stroke & Turn Judges, and Order of Finish – Meet with the Head HMO at the turn end of the pool.
- Ready Bench Volunteers – Meet at the Ready Bench area.
- Meet Marshals – Meet outside the pool behind the starting blocks on the turf.
- Both first- and second-shift volunteers are expected to attend the pre-session meeting for their assigned role.
- Second-shift volunteers should report to their position one event prior to the scheduled volunteer changeover to ensure a smooth transition.
- Families returning for the postponed 11 & Up events are requested to serve in the same volunteer assignment they were originally scheduled for on Friday, including both first and second shifts.
- If your schedule allows, we would greatly appreciate volunteers who are able to remain and work the entire session instead of a single shift.
Your flexibility and willingness to help are what make this championship meet possible.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. Despite Friday’s weather, we’re looking forward to a great finish to the 2026 SJSSL Champs Meet. Best of luck to all of our swimmers!
See you at the pool!
